Within the scope of Virtual Office service, only consultancy service is provided on legal issues.

There is no subject limitation for consultancy. The subject for which the opinion is sought can be an event or a subject. In the event of an event, the issue should be expressed clearly and concretely if the event is a subject with its details.

We are not obliged to express an opinion on every matter requested. Our Law Firm has discretion in this regard.

The applicant must indicate his name, surname, e-mail address, telephone and full address in his application.

If the consultancy request is accepted, this issue will be notified to the applicant via e-mail. This notice also includes the appreciated consulting fee.

Consultancy fee is determined on the basis of the scope and nature of the subject for which the opinion is requested, not less than the minimum wage stipulated for written consultation in TBB's Minimum Attorneyship Fee Tariff.

The consulting fee must be paid in advance to the notified bank account.

Our written opinion will be sent to the applicant via e-mail within seven days at the latest from the date of payment. Upon request, the prepared opinion is sent to the address declared with wet signature.

Consultancy requests and opinions given in this context are kept within the scope of professional confidentiality and are not disclosed.
